I’m trying to update the credit card I use with my Fab365 subscription. I’ve been trying for over a month, in the process I’ve accidentally cancelled the subscription.
It ends tomorrow, I’d like to renew it but there’s nowhere to put in a new credit card number. Every attempt to click “update” immediately goes to a screen saying that it’s processing my order, which hangs out for a few minutes then says my order cannot be completed.
All I’d like is my $119 renewal rate restored and the ability to change my credit card information. The feedback form on the site itself doesn’t work. It says that everything marked in red needs to be filled out, despite everything marked with red being filled out.
I just want to hand you money here, so please, is there someone who can help?
