DVDFab Converter Blu-ray to MKV has no menu/settings since last update.

Now DVDFab 12 (https://forum.dvdfab.cn/d/471463) and 13 are not working.

When will these bugs finally be fixed?

Do you mean keeping the menu in the MKV file? I don’t think it is supported.
MKV is a container format – it’s designed to store video, audio, and subtitle tracks. It does NOT support interactive menus like the ones on Blu-ray or DVDs (with buttons, animations, or scene selections). If you want to keep the full Blu-ray menu experience in a digital file, you typically need to create a BDMV folder or an ISO image file instead of a single MKV file.

DVDFab 12 is no longer updated. For issues with DVDFab 13, please describe your steps and submit feedback via the in-app menu → Feedback. This will automatically include log files for better troubleshooting.

DVDFab 12 doesn’t recognize my graphics card (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080, driver 596.36).

All other programs, including DVDFab 13, recognize it.

I’m trying to send feedback, but I have to abort the conversion because my CPU is overheating.

Please try to disable or enable GPU in DVDFab 12 and see if it will make a difference.

The GPU codecs were enabled from the beginning, and I always saw CPU and GPU usage, which was always between 2% and 5%. But now, even with the GPU codecs enabled, only the CPU usage is displayed at 95% to 100%, no GPU usage. Consequently, the conversion process is taking much longer.

But I stopped the conversion because the CPU overheated. The red LED on the motherboard is warning me.
