Ok, I did look and see there is an option to use the AI. It then will need to load Unifab.
UniFab does it, and once a file is downloaded, you can have the AI make the subtitles. It analyzes the audio to make the subtitles.
Reminder: Unifab is a paid product, as well as the subtitles AI, which is a paid product to use their ‘cloud.’
