Aznbombr1022 are you in the right locale of your ATV (it defaults to US unless you click to be redirected (yes, ATV is too stupid to automatically redirect)), because, rn:-

Aznbombr1022 so (a) you need to say that it’s a purchased show, (b) does the link that you pasted match your locale, for example, I doubt a /ca/ link would work on a US ATV site, (c) you need to provide the log that SF produces (errors are generally found there) without the log, you’re asking people to read tea leaves…

tried clearing your cookies & cache. tried doing a new install. not just one show. been trying a lot of shows don’t work just stuck analyzing all of them.

Hi, I had no trouble downloading the entire BSG reboot series and miniseries 2 parters, which are 1080p, not 4k, without any trouble, aside from the normal “time out” where random episode per season might be corrupt. Normal Apple process, whether subscription or purchased content.
