Individually, these are priced between $99.99 and $109.99. You can pay individually, or the only other way to gain access is to purchase the FAB365 subscription, which gives access to ALL DVDFAB products, including ALL extensions. This is currently priced at $199.99/year.
StreamFab all-in-one with NPG purchases currently only gives you 3 download attempts per extension.
