StreamFab 7.0.2.3 Crashing and Failing to Anaylze Playable Videos

Attempting to download the “Big Brother” TV series from Paramount Plus and it is having some issues. At first it would just come up with an error message that says “Failure analyzing this video, please make sure you can access and play back the video.” Attempting to play the video in the browser window works at this point, but it still comes up with the same error message.

When attempting to work around it by copying the URL and trying to download that way, StreamFab crashes immediately.

I can’t analyze “Big Brother” (in the US) either (tested s01+s27)
although other series work - same with previous SF releases

All PlayReady versions fails for me - so it works only with SF <7012

What is the error shown in the logs?
Did you try clearing your cache/temp folders; logout, re-login to P+
This often helps.
However, a lot of live TV shows have issues with new episodes, across all platforms until they are no longer “brand new.”

I have done all that and the extreme of deleting all folders and uninstalling and reinstalling. I can’t even get an analysis pop up window up.
