Note also there some random 4K movies that seem to only be downloadable HDX, even with a 4K purchase. I had this issue with my purchases, where couple of them (Battle LA?) were not available in the past dozen versions of SF, implying a specific issue with Fandango. But hard to say. Posting your logs, what you’ve tried, setup, etc., can usually help them sort it – example film(s)? That gives the devs something to actually look at vs “it doesn’t work, why oh why” (I’m kidding there.)
