Help with licence key no longer working

I have been using dvdfab 8 for quite a while now and it still does what I need. Since upgrading my pc though the licence code no longer works and contacting support doesn’t seem possible.

I first used it on win 7 Pro, then win 10 and it’s on win 11 home that I’m having the issue

Thank you for using DVDFab 8 for so long.

Please note that DVDFab 8 is very old and discontinued. You can try running it as administrator to see if the license works again. If not, we can no longer provide new license codes for version 8.

Good news: If your license is still valid, you can use the latest DVDFab 13 instead. Just download it, authorize it with your DVDFab account, and the license will work automatically.

Mona I will need help finding out the licence status as when I bought the old version there was not an account like now where things could be linked together. What information do you need?
