Does anyone know how to contact support? I am having a licence key issue and the link on the site doesn’t seem to be working

That means to contact DVDFab has apparently been designed to be non-functional. No matter what data you enter, the web page always indicates “Please fill out all fields with *”. See attachment. I used a bogus email address in this example, but the same happens with the email I purchased this product through.

I have been trying to cancel all future recurring charges from DVDFab, but they - literally - make it impossible to contact them. What a great company…

Hello DVDFAB, I’m wanting to upgrade my DVDFAB program, but neither of my Credit cards are being accepted.
Are you able to help? I enter my details, then get a HIGH RISK warning, on 2 different cards. Never had an issue before. Would appreciate any assistance, sincerely , Dave

Sorry for the trouble. The “High Risk” warning usually comes from your bank or our payment processor due to security checks — not DVDFab blocking you. Please submit a support ticket at the Member - Support Ticket section with these details so we can check:

Your DVDFab account email
Screenshot of the error (if possible)
