I sent a support request from the DVDfab app, but it did not let me enclose any files, so I am writing here as well.
I was trying to clone Valerian and the City of 1000 planets 3D (UK/Lionsgate), using the latest version 13.0.5.9 of the DVDfab. My burner is LG WH16NS60, patched firmware.
The clone was recognized by my Sony UBP-X800M2 player (latest firmware) and is playing as a frame-packed 3D, but the menu does not work correctly. When choosing a chapter, the player would display a copyright warning and then return back to the menu. This probably indicates that the original menu links were not reproduced correctly.
Copying in the Full Disk mode results in Sony recognizing the disk as BD-data, useless.
So neither way of copying fully works. This is not what I would expect after paying $99 for the software.
The reason I am writing here is that neither submitting feedback from the program nor opening a ticket on the web page let me enclose the log files, so I am trying to enclose them to this message.
Please let me know the best way to get help with this troublesome disk.
