maineiac13 When trying to log into Paramount+ via the VIP Services only get a blank white screen. If I then go to the home page and click on the “+” button at top, then I can log into P+. When downloading episodes (currently Star Trek DS9 but same with others), as each episode starts to process the screen with the ability to choose which episodes to download pops up with that episode showing as one to choose. Each time a new episode starts to download the same thing happens and those screens accumulate on top of each other so that if I am downloading 50 episodes for example there would be 50 screens which have to be deleted one by one. After a random number of downloads, the program closes. Log is attached. streamfab.log294kB
0xFeedBeef If you get a blank screen, it’s a glitch, it’s usually cured by closing the tab and re-opening… usually works on second or third attempt… But there are no attempts to analyse or download anything in your log 🤷♂️
maineiac13 Hmmm - Here is a different log: streamfab.log1MB This should show at least problem 2 above but probably not problem 3 or 1.
0xFeedBeef I don’t understand what you mean by your description of problem 2, it never happened to me with P+ downloader… Can you take some screenshots (WIN+SHIFT+S)?
maineiac13 You can see how the screen where the downloading is taking place is covered by the screen where one would be choosing an episode to download. In this case it is highlighting episode 13 which is the one being downloaded (though you can’t see that since it is covering the download screen). Every time the program moves to download an additional episode, this other screen appears highlighting whatever episode is being downloaded. When each episode completes the download process the covering screen remains so that if I download 50 episodes for example there would be 50 screens showing which would need to be deleted one by one. Since no one else seems to be reporting this kind of problem I may just clear out the program and re-download SF and see if that takes care of the issues I am having.
