Long story short… I had an Nvidia 1070 Ti and it works beautifully with AI Upscaler for upscaling DVD’s using H.265 10 bit MP4. I wanted to shorten the conversion times so I got an RTX 3060 Ti. AI upscaler fails. GPU load never goes above 4%, runs for about 2 minutes, and then says completed successfully. The video produced is only 63.8 KB in size. Using NVIDIA Studio driver V. 596.36 Also same results using the NVIDIA Game Ready driver same version. V596.36.
Is this an NVIDIA issue or a DVDFab issue?
