eac3 doesn't work with UHD AFTER EDITOR

Hello, I’m having a problem with Blu-ray/UHD Creator.
When I try to make a customized backup of a UHD disc with the EAC3 audio format, the encoding starts, but the movie doesn’t work at the end;
the image remains frozen and there’s no sound.

I have to convert the eac3 or e-ac3 audio format to AC3 for it to work properly. Is this normal ?

Thank you for posting. I noticed that the title of your post mentions “AFTER EDITOR” , but in your description, you refer to “Blu-ray/UHD Creator.” These are two different products in DVDFab.

To help you accurately, could you please confirm which DVDFab product you are using?
DVDFab UHD Creator (for creating or converting videos to UHD/Blu-ray structure)
DVDFab UHD After Editor (for editing existing UHD/Blu-ray backups, including menus, chapters, etc.)

yes but said me the same thing in last september.
Maybye if your module doesn’t work normally, maybe me and others people will check to an other company with stability program.
