StreamFab doesn't download SRT file with the main movie anymore:

The latest couple versions, including v7.0.2.4 when you choose full download and extract subtitle to SRT using Amazon downloader, the subtitle don’t get downloaded in the same operation as it used to, I have to do it in a separate operation.
I tried to open a ticket but I can’t submit due to the “main Problem type” drop down is empty and can’t submit without it.

Last I checked, Amazon, when available, downloads SRT; you can download it as a separate SRT file or remux it into the video file.
It could even be just those certain videos not working. or not having SRT, but as I said, most of my Amazon comes with SRT; I switch between remuxing into files and saving them separately.
Maybe even go back and forth between MKV (ffmpeg) and MKV (mktoolnx) or even MP4 (ffmpeg).

Try also clearing temp folder, clearing history, etc.
