Blu Ray Creator 33%

I have a file that I am testing to create Blu Ray From (Mickey’s Christmas Carol - MKV) Although I have purchased the Creator Software, confirmed by the list of possible programs shown at start up, and have authorized my new Windows 11 laptop it goes to 33%, pauses then says it’s done. Result is about one third of the running time. It is also very out of sync when I play the result on VLC
