Title: Netflix error UI3012 on macOS with StreamFab 7.0.2.4

Hello,

Netflix is no longer working for me in StreamFab. All other streaming services seem to work normally. The issue only affects Netflix.

StreamFab Version, Platform, and OS:
StreamFab 7.0.2.4, Mac, latest macOS version

Region/Country:
Germany, native connection

Affected module:
Netflix

Error code:
UI3012

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Open StreamFab 7.0.2.4 on macOS.
Open the Netflix module.
Try to load Netflix.
Instead of Netflix loading normally, the Netflix error page appears.

Error message shown:
“Pardon the interruption
We’re having trouble with your request.
Error Code UI3012”

A download window does not open at all, so I cannot provide screenshots of the download settings or selected download options. The problem occurs before I can select or start any download.

Netflix works normally outside of StreamFab in a regular browser. The issue seems to be related to StreamFab or the integrated Netflix access.

I can provide the unedited StreamFab.log if needed.

loading.manger950 if it’s a non-vpned connection as you say, check if you have adblocking dns and stuff like that (try google/cloudflare/quad9 dns); if something is failing on the SF side, it will be inside the log (realistically you can just read through the log yourself, it’s plain text)

quick update: Netflix is working again for me this morning.

The Mac was left running overnight as usual. I had already tried restarting it yesterday, but that did not solve the issue at the time.

The only noticeable difference today is that Netflix is currently not being watched at the same time on another device in the living room. Yesterday, Netflix was being used there in parallel while I was getting the UI3012 error in StreamFab.

So the issue may possibly be related to Netflix detecting another active stream/session, but I cannot confirm that for sure. At least for now, the Netflix module loads normally again in StreamFab.
