Apple TV Purchased Movies

Hi, I just wanted to know if purchase movies from Apple TV is working for anyone, because, in the last few weeks, it has not been working. It kept stalling and taking forever at the processing stage like it would just get stuck there even some users also reported the same issue butbRecently, on the forum someone said that it was working for them. For me it kept giving a handshake failure and DRMCRASH, I tried several movies and didn’t work.

salkhan7191 All I can say is that it works for me, but you didn’t give us anything to work with. I tried with a h.264 SDR movie w/ AC3 audio, and a h.265 HDR10+ movie with Atmos audio (only in FHD since it was just a test). The 3 hour HDR movie stayed in processing state for about 60 seconds, but moved on.

Oh interesting, are you using the paid version, because I’m using th free trial and I was thinking maybe thats why it wasnt working for me since I did see that the streamfab purchased plan offers higher processing smth like that

salkhan7191 Yes, the paid version. I can’t imagine that the trial would differ in features from the paid version.
