UHD Disc don't charge in Blu-ray/UHD After Editor software

Hello, I’m having an issue with certain UHD files and the Blu-ray/UHD After Editor software.
UHD files in .iso format won’t load:
Dark Water (2002)
When Harry Met Sally (1989)
As a result, I can’t access the menus for these movies to add languages and subtitles.

Please help resolve this issue.

Do you get any error messages? Please try using Copy - Clone mode to load the ISO and see if it will make a difference.

hello i copied the uhd disc but it doesnt change anything, when i want to load the new iso file

the window is empty without the uhd disc of “when harry met sally”

jenrash Is it possible to load the same ISO file into the Copy module? If the file loads successfully there, it should also be loadable into the After Editor module.

jenrash Do you happen to mount the ISO using a virtual drive? Please unmount the ISO file, and try to drag and drop it to UHD After Editor directly to see the result.

Hello, naturelly i tried tou mount the iso , to drop in and the result ist absolutely the same. no charge .
Why don,t you try by yourself with thes two movies…
