4K not detected on some Films/Shows

My TV Paramount + app shows current programs such as Dutton Ranch, The Internship and more as streaming 4K HDR10 DV and DA on the premium plan which I am paying for but the SF does’nt show these symbols. Is this a known problem, I see that these issues have been answered before but is it worth subscribing to the premium plan when you’re not getting the full benefit.

I have the 4k of Dutton Ranch by subscribing to paramount+ on an Apple TV Channel. An downloading from Apple TV. Downloading from Paramount+ does not work.

Blurayfan it might be a key issue, as it seems that 2025+ shows are not available in 4K for SF

For the new video, StreamFab still can not download as 4K video quality, but in the new test version, the H265 1080p HDR10+ or Dolby Vison can be downloaded now.

I got P+ for 2 months at 99 cents. I got the 4K plan. I tried two 2025 movies, no 4K, and one additional 2025 movie goes into endless analyzing.

I hope it’s not the 99-cent trial causing this.

What can I be doing wrong?

I will try logging out and back in again, even though this is a new login.

I will also try clearing the temp folder again and see.

There’s a genral issue with 2025+ stuff, and there’s a beta that will get 2025- stuff in dovi/hdr but only at 1080p at the moment https://forum.dvdfab.cn/d/472362-4k-not-detected-on-some-filmsshows/9

Could not get 7033 to work, but test version works but with limited 4K.

And for Jack Reacher even my 7033 log shows

The test version seems to work for Reacher as well as some 4K content.

2025 is not new to me; it’s June 2026 now.
But it is Paramount+ and right now it is only worth the 99 cents!!!!

BTW Naked Gun from 2025 does not offer dovi/hdr. I don’t even get a 265 selection.

I got exactly the same. When I watch this movie on my TV I get all the features it offers H265, Dolby Vision and Atmos but when on SF I get same.
BTW The Old version of Naked Gun gets Dolby Vision and H265 option

I grabbed the offer as not to forget or lose it. So I have 2 months to do testing in Paramount+.

Right now I lost Netflix still have Peacock and Amazon and Disney+.
I may or again may not get Netflix standard without ads back, right now I paused it so don’t have to pay but can’t use it either while paused.

if i see anything or figure out Paramount I will say. For the 2 videos I mentioned I don’t even see a difference in 7033 and 7033test. That’s why I stated I just started Parramount never had an account till now. So did not know if a NEW account can be considered.

I done uninstalled both 7033 and 7033test, made sure they are in different folders when installed again.

Wish I had more money but it’s tight on fixed social security. I don’t ever see me getting Appletv not sure what other big ones right now. May not be many Big ones left. As Disney+ Iincludes Hulu and they added in ESPN. Just don’t use ESPN much. It’s mainly Disney+ as Hulu don’t impress me either.

Oh just remembered there is hbo max, only deal is one year if bought yearly.

Well I think they first said newer stuff, 2025 don’t seem newer as it is middle of 2026, now I think SF clarified its from 2025 on. Figures this would happen when Paramount offers the 99 cent deal for two months. Much less choice of 4K.
So far for me 2025 movies come in 1080p although that’s still better then way back 540p. I still grabbed a few as not sure how long before 2025 on up can be downloaded in 4k.
I still found movies before 2025 in 4K, my first instinct was to try the 2025 and above movies.
I hope to find more 4K as it seems sporadic for movies older then 2025.

That’s why I said Paramount only worth the 99 cents. Stlll overall I found the most 4K on Disney as the only other provider I have is Peacock in 4k, and so far not always easy to find 4k. Disney was the easiest and most. The other provider’s I have is Amazon and pretty much gave up downloading I don’t want a blocked, temp or ban from them,(and not making burner account) Netflix I currently have on pause to save myself some money. Nether of these will be in 4K as I won’t pay the extra fees Netflix or Amazon want plus SF don’t support 4K on either.

Maybe one day I decent deal from HBO? That includes their 4k, right now it looks like they want you to pay for a year to get a lower price.
