Why does DVDFab want to create a “Report – Info”

Every time I want to rip a DVD with DVDFab it, starts to read the disk but before it finishes DVDFab wants to create a “Report – Info” document. I want to know how to stop DVDFab from trying to create “Report – Info”. HELP

Does this issue occur with multiple different DVDs?

Are you using the latest version v13060? Does the same problem happen with an earlier version of DVDFab, such as v13059?

Could you please share the dvdfab13.log file for analysis?

Does it happen with all DVDs or just one disc? Also, which DVDFab version are you using? Usually the report pops up when DVDFab runs into a read error, so the log file might show what’s causing it.
