Steps to reproduce the issue:
I purchased access to the Udemy course download service. When I try to open the site through the app, I get the error: “Failed to load URL https://www.udemy.com/ with error ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE (-379).”
The Udemy website opens without any issues in regular browsers. I need to resolve this issue immediately, as I urgently need to download a course.

Sounds to me like you can’t open the site in SF ..
.. if that’s the case, then it apparently has nothing to do with SF:

Tested in Germany - without VPN

Please close SF, go to %AppData%\DVDFab\StreamFab\rootCachePath
and rename the cache directory - then re-login, close tab and try again
