Germania The original complaint re AMZN was a decryption key as well, if there are no issues with decryption keys for AMZN, I’ll happily un-mix the two.
What I didn’t want to end up with, on the other hand, is people returning home in the evening, discovering that SF fails for them, and literally every single one of them thinking that they are unique and that only they have decryption problems with SF without actually reading any other thread on the forum and the forum ending up with tens, if not more, individual complaints due to sheer laziness… 🤷
Edit: The other solution is to completely not take any problem report at any value unless users post something that resembles an effort at what @jpp72 put an effort in writing, lock those posts with requirement to start a new thread with the required information, and delete non-compliant reports after 24hrs or when a new post is made
