I have a problem opening DVDFab but I have a problem opening a support ticket at your website. The form requires that you select a “Main Problem Type” from a pull-down list in order to submit the ticket but the list is empty so I cannot enter anything in that field. I have the same problem using the Firebox and Edge web browsers.
I then sent an email to service@dvdfab.cn (an email address which I had noted from a past support ticket). In response, I received an email saying:

The email then said you may view or respond to the ticket by visiting the Member Center or clicking the link. If I try either link, the Norton 360 antivirus software on my computer will not allow access to those webpages.
I then sent another email to service@dvdfab.cn asking that I receive directions to fix the DVDFab problem by email. I received a reply from your mail server saying the email could not be delivered because the Mailbox is full.
I tried sending a message at the “Contact Form” page but when I click “Submit”, it says “Please fill out all fields marked with *” and will not submit even though all 4 fields are filled in.
Please email me the directions to fix the DVDFab problem.

When I try to open DVDFab (which has been up until now working correctly) on my Windows 11 computer, a small window pops up that says “LoadLibrary failed with error 126: The specified module could not be found.” and I click OK and the window closes and DVDFab does not open. I downloaded the latest installation file “dvdfab13_online_13060.exe” and executed it but the same error window pops up and it does not install. I restarted the computer and then tried to open DVDFab but got the same error window.
