StreamFab 7.0.2.6 no downloads from "X"

with StreamFab 7.0.2.6 the downloads from “X” do not work anymore. does anyone have an idea?

What have you tried to fix? Clear cache, reinstall, change DNS, switch VPN?
What country, OS, log file?

country is Germany, I do not use VPN. no video from X can be analysed anymore. thats the problem. it worked with all versions before 7.0.2.6.

Also tested with no login.

Why x.com/home fails

https://x.com/home is:

Personalized
Requires authentication
Not a specific piece of media
Not a direct video URL
Not an M3U8 playlist

Downloading from X.com generally expects URLs such as:

https://x.com/username/status/1234567890

or other supported media pages.

If you’re trying to download a video from X

Use the URL of the actual tweet containing the video, for example:

https://x.com/user/status/192874561234567890

instead of:

https://x.com/home

Other possibility Cookie/authentication logic.
Maybe try clearing SF cookies and temp folder, log out then back in?

Stan001 Didn’t work when I was logged in to X using the Streamfab browser either, so it is broken in some instances. Went back to 7.0.2.5. and the issue is gone, so I’ll stay on that one for the time being.
