DVDFab has internet access, but doesn't think it does.

I am trying to archive my Warehouse 13 BDs and I get a dialog stating “Internet is required to open this Blu-ray Disk.” The firewall is currently disabled and I don’t get an error when the software starts. I assume that it is accessing a license server at startup time.

I am updated to the latest version before running and I am using an M4 MacBook Pro and archiving DVDs works fine. I haven’t tried other BDs.

Same here: after about a second with “accessing server information” I get the following error message. I just opened a support ticket.

Please go to Finder, and then delete the Log and Temp folders under the Documents path, and then run DVDFab to try it again.
