I use Mac OS Tahoe 26.5 on Apple M1 chip.
Since installation of Streamfab MAC version 7.0.2.6 the application requires me to authorise an already authorised computer and once this is done the application opens and fails immediately. Therefore I cannot access Support via the App nor does the Support page on the webpage ever open.
It seems that MAC versions of this software are not supported at anywhere near the level offered to Windows based customers. I have completed every suggested pathway to resolve issues and this is about the 3rd or 4th time I have had to submit requests for fixes. When the app fails it can be weeks not days before the issue is resolved by a new version.
Can I change my subscription to a Windows based version so that I can have the same level of support as other customers. Thank you.
