Can’t open the BD.
is reading, reading, …….. for 5 minutes or more.
After interupt I get the message: Read/Write Failor
Passkey 9.4.7.8
Also another BD “Wilhelm Tell”
The same messages
Wrote a ticket, but the “AI Answer” is forgettable. Now waiting for a human answer.
Tryed to send the Log-File, but found no way to send it.

Please clean the disc and try to disable BluPath in Passkey - Settings panel to load the disc again and see the result.

Hello, I am experiencing the exact same problem with this UHD Blu-ray. I have been trying repeatedly for several days to copy the disc to my hard drive using Passkey. However, the copying process always fails with the error message: “Some read errors occurred during the reading process, meaning the disc may not be able to backup correctly.” I have cleaned the disc multiple times, and BluPath is disabled in the settings. I can copy other UHD Blu-rays without any issues, so I suspect the problem lies with this film’s copy protection. I have attached a screenshot of the error message as well as the passkey_internal.log file.

florianbrueckner This is not a key or drive problem. The disc has a read error on BDMV\STREAM\00675.m2ts — bad sector at 3773504. Unreadable; skipping is the only viable option. Please try to ignore all read errors to try again and see the result.
