I bought the Tool for a little over 100$. When I tried to download some Music, the Tool did not work. After doing some research on my problem, I thought the support could be useful, so I requested a refund. It has now been over three months (!!!) since I opened my support ticket. Meanwhile, it was closed three times (I was able to reopen it every single time) and the support will neither give me a refund, nor help me with my problem. They said the problem was forwarded to the devs team (apparently the devs are taking two months to solve it…). Now I am supposed to record some kind of video of me downloading the newer version?
No thank you, keep my money and never hear from me again.

After 6 months of creating support-tickets for every new version…
Dealing with the support team is a real hassle and frustrating. They always ask the same questions, and after a short while the ticket is closed without any response, even though the problem hasn’t been resolved.
