Did you try clean install as admin with the x64 offline installer; clear cache/temp folders; log out of account and back in, change DNS to Google or Cloudflare, not use VPN, etc?
You should check your error log and see what is there, as support folk who volunteer here need some more info beyond “doesn’t work anymore.”
