Endless Analysis with Apple TV

I am having issues on build 7.0.2.6 with Apple TV getting stuck in endless analysis for certain titles however working on others.

Endless Analysis Loop
Shrinking, Hijack, Silo, Pluribus, The Studio, Platonic, Severance, Invasion

Working OK
Imperfect Women, Slow Horses, Bad Monkey, Sugar, Black Bird, The Morning Show

Can anyone verify the same behavior?

StreamFab.log is often useless if Analyzing not work ..

Please close SF, go to %AppData%\DVDFab\StreamFab\rootCachePath
and rename the cache directory - then re-login, close tab and try again
(re-login is then required for all providers)

If this doesn’t help, try a complete uninstallation and reinstallation.

I’ve never had any issues with Apple TV (after the first three versions with 4K) ..
.. so I’m not really familiar with the possible error codes.
But I don’t think I’ve ever seen an error code in the log when analyses fail for other users

429 => Too Many Requests
499 => Client Closed Request

It happens to me too.
Here’s the log file.
However, it seems to show only the successful analysis of ‘Kap der Angst’.
Dark Matter is being analysed endlessly. I’ve cancelled the analysis.

I see in log

but looks like it’s after you canceled - so only this could relevant:
[Warning]: [appletv.streaminfo.fetcher] [Stage1-Parse] missing data field [Info]: [appletv.streaminfo.fetcher] Endpoint 1 failed, status: 404

But all warnings in your log are also in my log ..
.. and it analyzed fine for me in Germany

Therefore, I can only suggest what helps most often:

Thanks, that helped. However, the issue has come up again with other titles.
I’ll test it again with the next version after reinstalling.

Yes, you can try it again in the new version 7031.

There is a little fix in the new version.

I was unable to reproduce the error in my tests with the new version. 🙂
