There is an info that HD is offered on Desktop -> here

But play in regular browser - click on DevTools and filter mpd ..
.. and you will see that you get only a mpd that contain SD in url

SF can’t dl better quality than that offered by the provider in Chrome ..

When I filter mpd from the network tab I cant see anything there no results I can see.
However, I’ll take your word for it!
