Won't read a disc while running but it will if the disc is installed first

The only problem I ever seem to have with DVDFab is when I try to copy a disk and sometimes it will come back and tell me I need to insert a disc and it will just keep repeating but if I put the disk in before I launch DVDFab then once DVD fab is launched it reads the disk with no problem. I wouldn’t send this to you if it only happened once or twice but over the last couple of years it’s happened to me more and more and it’s not new movies. The most recent one was my copy of the Bad News Bears which is a 1977 movie. Just thought I would pass this information on.

I don’t use DVDFAB a lot, and I only use it on DVDs, not Blu-ray or others.

I have version 13.0.5.1, and each time I eject a DVD and put it back in, with DVDFab running, it picks it up.
So I’m not sure why others have to restart dvdfab or put the DVD in first and then run DVDFab.

If it’s a Windows system, it does have in the Control Panel Use AutoPlay.
Maybe that helps, as mine is on.

I would think all DVD players would be the same, but maybe some are different?
Or if it’s a Blu-ray or other drive, I can’t say.

Hope you get it fixed; they may ask for a dvdfab.log.
If they do they can give more info about that.
