Some Movies from Prime Video in 480 even if shows UHD?

I noticed this a while ago, but the movie from that time was on Netflix too, so I didn’t think much of it. Today, I wanted to download Kung Fu Panda 4 (Prime Video MX), and although the description says it’s available in UHD, when I scan it, only low-quality options appear, starting at 960×400. Is this a bug or something related to certain movies or files? I tried scanning Kung Fu Panda 2, also available in the same region on Prime Video, and it scans fine in 1080p.

I can only confirm - I get the same in MX ..
.. what I had already noticed before is
that the details in SF sometimes change.

Germania many thanks for confirm the same, maybe some in amazon.com is already fixed like seasons limit to 24 eps bug a few weeks ago and need to fixed too with primevideo too, i suppose we need to wait for some fix maybe.

it could be a bug in SF, or it could be the case that UHD is available to buy, but Prime members get SD as part of their subs 🤷‍♂️

Stan001 we dont have that option on MX but yes only ad free, maybe it is like 0xFeedBeef says:

Don’t forget Amazon makes you pay more for UHD now.
Although I guess that might just affect 4K.

Stan001 as additional, i go throuth primevideo with US VPN with same movie and i get 1080p but no 1080p in MX

0xFeedBeef i watched on my 4K OLED TV and i cant see or confirm if is UHD or SD since i see a good image quality and some SD files are with good bit rate

The max resolution is 960×400 when playing back in Chrome.

It should be the Amazon problem.
