We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing artifacts/pixelation when using software encoding (CUDA disabled), while GPU encoding works fine – though you are not fully satisfied with its quality.
To help us understand your quality expectations better, could you please describe in a bit more detail what you don’t like about the GPU encoding output? For example, is it lacking sharpness? Do you see color banding in dark scenes? Or is it just generally less detailed compared to the original UHD? This will help us prioritize improvements.
