All Apple Shows are failing to analyze starting this week (Wednesday 6/10 was when I noticed). Have tried vesions 7.0.3.0 and 7.0.3.1.

I have the same issue with one little caveat. I did download 1 episode of Star City. I clicked on the episode that I was downloading and it brought up the episode selection. I clicked the same episode that I had went to, set my resolution and audio, and clicked download now. It then saved the queue, and started the download. What I didn’t see and I am glad I did was that I forgot to unselect EP 1. When I went to the downloads page Episode 1 failed. Episode 4 started up and began downloading.

I had a weird problem with my Apple account. This is not a StreamFab issue.

jmwheeler1 What was the ‘weird problem’ because I’ve been having the same issue with ATV+ for the past week or so.

Same timeout errors in my log. Randomly I’ll get a show to analyze and then successfully download.
30 minutes ago I got latest Widow’s Bay, but not Maximum Pleasure. Since then, everything has failed - including Widow’s Bay that just worked.

US, valid and long term account, VPN Off. 3 Gig fiber internet hard wired to a 1 Gig 🙁 port. Currently pulling in 980 Mbps. It feels like ATV doesn’t like my activity because if I randomly go back and forth between shows and movies about 10% of the times it works.

Update: I waited an hour and tried again and now Maximum Pleasure was able to be analyzed, added to my queue, and successfully downloaded. That was my one win. I’m back to this for most shows/movies I click on, now.

I still find with downloading, say, and entire season of 10 episodes, I often get two which are borked in some way (easy to spot by broken thumbnail when looking in show folder). Very common for me, also US, no VPN, GoogleDNS, 1GB connection. Not really a SF problem, here, but kinda annoying.

it could, of course, be ATV that is having issues, now and then I even get “content unavailable” on my ATV app on the iPad, but a refresh or two cures that “unavailability” 🤷‍♂️

That’s the thing, if one only tries stuff with SF, nobody has a clue if it’s SF that’s tripping up, or the network, or the provider…

0xFeedBeef It could, of course, be ATV noticing SF traffic and purposely blocking the traffic to cause issues. I’m not having a problem playing anything directly from the ATV site on either the PC or on the Apple TV device or anywhere else. Hence why I included my log (for @Wilson.Wang and his dev) and asked the OP what they noticed was wrong with their account that seemed to ‘fix’ it.

Please stop being so dismissive of real issues. Whether or not they are the “fault” of SF or not does not matter. It is expected that not all issues lie with them, but it is also expected that occasionally streaming services try to make it difficult for SF and others to function.

Feel free to dismiss me or mock me if I ever post something about wanting 16K video from Prime when clearly that isn’t offered by Prime. And feel free to continue to respond with frustration to the hundreds of folks who create an account, post a message without doing ANY searching and then expect their problem to be solved when they provide no information.

0xFeedBeef Additionally, I can play everything in the SF browser even though it can’t be analyzed and queued for DL. That does tend to make me thing that ATV changed their API (or something).

Wilson did say here (https://forum.dvdfab.cn/d/472504-endless-analysis-with-apple-tv/9) that they were including a fix for “an analyzing issue” in 7031 but there was never anything said about it in the release notes. If that was the same issue, makes me think they know what the issue is but haven’t been able to solve it or prioritize it yet.

It could, of course, be your setup, locale, DNS, account, etc.
Clean install 7032, log out, log back in with 2 factor authentication.
Working for me as of 5pm PDT 6/17. US, no VPN, legal account, GoogleDNS.

Just bought a license and I was having the same issue. Not only is it not analyzing but it doesn’t even show the download or analyze button at the bottom for Apple TV in particular.

However, I did find a workaround. Playing the video in apple tv, there’s a “copy link” option in the bottom right corner (I think its one of the share options). Clicking that got streamfab to recognize it and allow for downloads. Tho it was hit or miss on whether it would offer only the one episode or the full season/series. Tried it with the same series and the first time it only offered the episode I was on for download but with the next episode it showed the whole season (it was a show with only one season so far so I dunno if it would’ve shown the whole series for a different show)
