it will read the disc, but crashes when i hit start to rip it.

tried with several discs, both old and new.
rolled back a version and it works fine

How do we (I) roll back to the previous version? I didn’t download the offline installer and I can’t find a place on your site to do so. I have this same exact issue and need to create a DVD, but can’t.

EDIT: I found a site that had 13.0.6.0 and the SHA1 signature matched the release announcement notes. I’m back to being able to create DVDs again. Hopefully a fix will come out soon.

To clarify, when you say it’s showing as ‘BD-ROM,’ are you seeing that in your computer’s file explorer (Windows or Mac), or is it showing that way inside the DVDFab software after you load the disc?
