Germania I have no idea what was changed with the 7030 test version… …but I can’t log in again with that one or 7031 at the moment, either (tested in DE without VPN, US with VPN) And just like the last two times, it still works if you’re already logged in.
Germania 0xFeedBeef did you try with the pre-release beta again? Yep, Test versions 7030 and official release 7031 .. .. the same result as with any SF version. edit: same with win cookie:

The new login worked in a standard browser at all times .. .. and analysis/dl still works in SF as well if you’re logged in. So, the IP isn’t blocked. Just like the first time 11 days ago (here) it was only temporary - I can log in everywhere again:
