Either incomplete or out of sync - Yellowstone

I’m trying to make backups of my discs but have enountered a new issue. If the episodes rip individually, they come out fine but the first episode of each disc is missing. If I rip the entire season as one file, the first episode is there but the audio goes out of sync starting around the start of the second episode.
Any thoughts?

Based on your description (missing Episode 1 when ripping individually, audio desync when ripping the whole season as one file), this is likely not a simple setting issue on Blu-ray discs. The cause is often related to:

Unusual Title/Chapter mapping on the Blu-ray structure
Residual copy protection or inconsistent timecode (PTS) starting from Episode 2

Please try below:
1: Create a full ISO using Clone mode
Open DVDFab → Copy module
Set mode to Clone
Output as ISO file
Clone the entire Blu-ray disc to your hard drive
Clone mode creates a 1:1 image, no re-encoding or structural changes.

2: Load the ISO directly in DVDFab and test
In Ripper module, click Add Source → choose the ISO file you just created
Test:
Rip episodes individually —Is Episode 1 now present?
Rip whole season as one file —Does audio desync still start around Episode 2?

Finally had time to try this. Unfortunately, same results as previosly.

Please try a different re-encoding profile instead:

In the Ripper module, load the cloned ISO, do NOT select MKV.Passthrough. Choose a re-encoding profile like MKV or MP4 instead, then re-test both ripping individual episodes and the whole season as one file.
To save time, you can temporarily lower the resolution and bitrate during testing.
