My account is from Romania, I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. Could it be that StreamFab doesn’t support this country?

Did you try playing it in the SF browser? Sometimes if you actually play it, you might get a analysis.

try copying the URL from your regular browser and paste it into streamfabs browser and
see if that triggers the download.

october262 I always have automatic analysis enabled; in fact, it should show up in the logs I’ve attached to the original post. I’ve tried it with the option both enabled and disabled, and it doesn’t work.
I’ve also noticed that the same problem occurs on Paramount+ with an Italian account, but I’m not sure if it’s a good idea to mention it in this thread as well. @Wilson.Wang

P+ in IT works fine for me (non EU P+ account)

It looks like you’re using a VPN to bypass geo-blocking ..
.. maybe you should look for problems there.

Germania I don’t use a VPN, in fact, I’ve tried it on both my usual PC and a laptop I have, and the same thing happens on both on both SkyShowtime and Paramount+. However, other platforms like Prime Video, Netflix, and HBO work fine for me… (I’m not mentioning Disney because it also had some issues in the analysis though different from what’s happening to me which, in fact, they’ve already fixed, I just saw that in version 7.0.3.3.) 👍

In any case, the only person who knows the solution to this is Wilson Wang 🧐

0xFeedBeef The problem I mentioned occurs with version 7033, whereas it works with version 7026, but the new H265 module from SkyShowtime is missing.

Wilson.Wang Yes, it’s still happening. I noticed that the latest updates didn’t mention anything about SkyShowTime, which is why I brought it up with you.

This time, I tested it on a laptop that I set up with a fresh Windows installation one where I’ve never installed StreamFab and I’m getting the same error.

“Invalid provider”
Keep in mind that I’m using a Romanian account; StreamFab isn’t handling that properly. If you’d like access to my Romanian account, let me know privately I’d be happy to help you with whatever you need.
