I am resigning from my PlayerFab Editor position

Hi, my name is Alice, and I am an editor for the PlayerFab website, making articles for the site.

Or, I should say I was, because I am resigning, effective now.

The reason I’m leaving is because DVDFab is not a good company. Their software is broken, and is overpriced. Because I have received harassment from people commenting on my PlayerFab articles complaining that they want refunds.

Given the higher management mainly speaks Chinese, we are unable to communicate well and I therefore cannot stop the harassment and dealing with a company.

I therefore am resigning from my position and it is immediately in effect

Sad to know this.

It might be good even though I bought PlayerFab that I don’t use it much; I prefer VLC player for Windows.

It’s been known there are communication issues because many DVDFAB speak Chinese.

I was told even the online translators are not the best, so it might be worth them getting a HUMAN that translates from English to Chinese.
But at the same time when I see them post on Reddit and elsewhere, they have few issues.
