I can’t seem to use PBS. I sign in with email and then it just hangs instead of being redirected to the home page. It used to work.

Is there something I can do?

I can confirm that I get also a blank tab after sign in with email

Works fine with older releases - I tried with SF 7025

After that you can also use SF 7033

I am unable to log into www.pbs.org. I sign in with e-mail, and it directs me to a sign in page, then after I enter the information it tries to redirect but that never happens and I sit at a white page. If I close that page and go back to pbs.org I am still not signed in. Running 7.0.3.4 and I have cleared cache, temp files, and website info. In my normal browser, which is Firefox, I am able to log in without issue. Please help.

I don’t have an email/password login for PBS, so I can’t say.
Did it work in previous versions, and if so, which version?
You could go back to an older version if that’s so.

Depending on what happens this weekend, I may see what is involved in getting an email and password login.

Maybe if someone else does can further this discussion faster/better?

Added #1: I may be wrong; last I tried, PBS.org I did not need email/password.
But I also see they talk about donations for certain content, so that’s probably why they want someone to log in.

ADDED #2: I also found I can download much content without logging in.
