Stan Downloader Skipping Episodes

For about 2 months now i’ve been experiencing an issue with the Stan Downloader. Whenever i try to download a series it always skips every 2nd episode.
So it will download the 1st episode, then start downloading the 3rd episode. This doesn’t result in a failure, it shows that it has downloaded 2 but it has only downloaded episode 1, and that continues all the way through series.
I have searched the forum to see if this topic has already been mentioned and i wasn’t able to find anything.

But since 4K (with Premium) has been offered for three months (SF 7015) ..
.. I am surprised that no other user has mentioned this.

I can’t say whether it’s helpful ..
.. but there might be a clue in the StreamFab.log

Did you ever use the Feedback feature in SF
during those two months after that occurred?

Thank you for your reply, i’ve tried having a look at the logs and to be completely honest i don’t know what any of it means lol.
The episodes that download play perfect (no complaints) but it will download Episodes 1,3,5,7,9 etc but will say that it’s downloaded all 9 episodes and want show any fails.
No, i never left any feedback…i thought that perhaps others may have noticed it and flagged it on here and that recent updates may have fixed the issue, but when i searched the other day that clearly wasn’t the case

I second that. It’s been doing it for some months now.
I raised it via a support ticket but was fobbed-offand then some.
I should have detailed it here it here in hindsight.
Utterly terrible “support” from DVDFab’s ticket system on all 3 issues I had raised to be honest.
Essentially given up what carcass remains that’s still reliably functional (HBO and Tubi)

I’ve just noticed the same problem. It’d be great to get this fixed.

Could any of you provide logs etc… Let’s say devs try to replicate your problem and in their case everything works fine, then what? They have no clue why yours fail but theirs don’t…

I have raised ticket for this as I noticed items queued up for Stan would only download the first and skip the rest
hope it gets looked at
