Amazon Prime Download doesn't work - error code 7031

Pretty much what it says in the title. It starts analyzing and then the window showing error code 7031 appears. The same error code pops up in Firefox, Chrome and Edge. The SF log shows something weird:

[CWV.Amazon] GetRefreshedPlaybackEnvelopeData Json nError = 0 Json: Customer is not allowed to access PV.

Did Amazon restrict my account?

I can’t test the title (in DE) because it require MGM Channel ..
.. perhaps you should try again in 2 hours after Prime Days ended

I will try that. Hopefully it’s connected to Prime Days but I doubt it - until yesterday evening the Prime Downloader was working fine.
In case you want to test - here is a log from trying to download “Nobody” which is included in prime:

Yep, it looks like your PV account is suspended/blocked
especially if streaming doesn’t work in the regular browser

I know while Prime Days are many interesting offers ..
.. However, all channels or low-cost titles available for rent
or purchase carry a risk - especially when dl without streaming.

@Germania Thank you - at least I have sort of confirmation now…

@0xFeedBeef it wasnt but I already made backup copies of all purchased media so there is no harm really even if this suspension isnt temporary (except for the few bucks I paid for 3 months of prime). Still a pity, though 🙁
