Peacock---Something went wrong.

For about a week now, this is what I get when I try to access Peacock from StreamFab. Anyone else running into this issue? I am able to access from my other devices.

mcassello does it affect your ability to download titles? Happened to me a few times, but the downloads were fine 🤷‍♂️

I get to where I don’t like to chime in and say it works for me.
But I can say Pracock works.

Maybe try the usual?
Clean the temp folder, history, and cookies in SF.
If not, go find rootCachePath and either rename the cache folder to cacheOLD or delete it and see what happens.

The last thing is to try uninstalling and reinstalling SF.

Also, if there are still issues, supply a streamfab.log

the playback error will not effect to download the video in StreamFab.

I am having the same error and it is as soon as I click on the Peacock icon, so yeah, it I’d say it effects downloads as I can’t even get to the homepage to try to log out.

I tried using a VPN to see if maybe it is an IP block or something and no dice. Tried to clear the cache and that did nothing.

CLV0780 nuking the cache directory removes all stored credentials for all sites… 🤷‍♂️ or you can navigate straight to the account page instead of Peacock’s landing page and see if you can manage the login from that

and none of this helped, or is this another case of post-before-read?

0xFeedBeef So this worked. Using the direct link to the account page I was able to get back to the landing page and into Peacock. I did a test download and it all seems to be working now.

CLV0780 So this worked. Using the direct link to the account page I was able to get back to the landing page and into Peacock. I did a test download and it all seems to be working now.

Hulu is notorious for giving you a “clear your cache” error, the resolution is also the same. Go directly to your account or to your My Stuff page.
