DVD Ripper Stalling on 1% on a Particular Disc and Settings

I’ve gone back to DVDFab 12 because of the runtime problems (I somehow have been even having the runtime problem with DVDFab 11, which is weird and no video at all in DVDFab 13, strangely), and got things working with my rips in DVDFab12, but I made a mistake. I started ripping two versions of the same movie with different settings. A popup asked me if I wanted to overwrite the previous one or keep both (and that it would add a number to its name). I changed the name of the original file before selecting keep both, and after that, the ripper stalls on this disc with this setting at 1% for hours before failing.

I have tried to uninstall DVDFab 13 and 12 (I didn’t uninstall 11, as I don’t know if I still have the installation file for that one and its the one that gives me the least amount of trouble usually), and I deleted all the folders in %AppData% and %localappdata% related to DVDFab. I then reinstalled DVDFab 12, and while all the settings on everything seems to have returned to their defaults, it still won’t progress past 1% on this blu-ray rip. I have included the latest log file.
I’ve done this multiple times now, and it seems like no matter what I do or what folders I delete, the DVDRipper seems to have a memory of past failed rips that is stopping it.

Adjust Codec & GPU Settings
Please try disabling hardware acceleration temporarily. To do so, go to the Menu button in the upper-right corner of the DVDFab interface, then navigate to General Settings > A/V Codec. Check the option “Disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding” and uncheck both “Enable Lightning-Recoding” and “Enable Lightning-Shrink”. This is often the first and most effective step in troubleshooting encoding stalls.
Check Output Folder and Remove Residual Files
Please ensure that your output directory (e.g., Z:/Video/Video/) has sufficient free space and that you have full write permissions. Additionally, we strongly recommend manually deleting any incomplete or partially generated files from previous failed tasks in that output folder, as they may interfere with new encoding jobs.
Perform a Thorough Reinstallation
While you have already uninstalled the program and deleted the AppData folders, we suggest using a professional uninstaller tool (such as Revo Uninstaller) to perform a deep scan and remove any remaining registry entries or residual files. This is more thorough than the standard Windows uninstall process.

Regarding the “Memory” Issue
Please rest assured that DVDFab does not retain any memory of failed tasks. However, temporary files from previous runs or residual files in the output directory can indeed affect new tasks. The most effective way to verify this is to choose a completely new, empty output folder for your next rip attempt.
