Downloads are not working on VIX

Streamfab has not been working for downloads on the Latin American platform VIX for the past two weeks. Could you please fix it?

Mine gets stuck where the message “analyzing video URL” appears and it doesn’t go any further, even though I have all the updates, I’m also in Mexico

I can’t detect any ViX request in the log ..
.. and can confirm that it’s not detected as series if auto analysis is disabled.
So I need to start the episode and can analyse/download

When automatic analysis is enabled, the analysis of the series starts ..

.. but never seems to finish (no error/progress in the log)

I suspect that’s due to the division into 20 episodes each ..
.. because it works fine with other series:
