Error status for Extensions

Today when extension 11 https://streamfab.dvdfab.cn/hulu-downloader-for-browser.htm was released I feel it’s time to create this thread to post all current errors I know about.

Hulu 1.0.0.1
Subtitles isn’t downloaded no matter if you select “Remux Into File”, “Extract to SRT File” or “Extract Original Format”. To get them you must download manually from Hulu (or use regular SF).

Netflix
Coapp 1.0.0.3 can only download a single video per session. Subtitles working fine here.
Coapp 1.0.0.2 can batch download videos. However, here are problems with subtitles. I prefer “Extract to SRT File” but even though I select that it’s muxed into file.

Disney+ 1.0.0.2
Same error as with Netflix Coapp 1.0.0.2. When select “Extract to SRT File” they get muxed into file anyway.

@Wilson.Wang @Yuki_RecordFab @Erika These subtitle problems can’t be hard to fix. It must be easy for the developer to fix them if you just tell them about it. Now it’s 44 days ago since this post by Yuki https://forum.dvdfab.cn/d/472250-netflix-browser-downloader/7 but nothing happens.

Please also fix one more thing. Here in forum fix typo “Borwser” so it says “Browser”. It doesn’t look good with “StreamFab for Borwser”.

@Wilson.Wang Great you changed the typo today. Good to know you read what I write, even though you never reply.

Until the subtitle problem in Hulu will be fixed, this script can be used to download subtitles. https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/419624-hulu-com-subtitle-downloader

Subtitle Edit can’t open the ttml file correctly, so instead download:

The extensions I’m interested in and have tested more thoroughly is:

Netflix
Disney+
Amazon
Hulu

So if maybe some of the other extensions also have problems with subtitles, I don’t know about it.

One thing I noticed about Amazon is regarding Spider-Noir that was fixed in regular SF 7.0.2.9.
New: Amazon Video [Spider-Noir] supports selecting black-and-white or full-color video versions.

In extension it can only download color version and ~~it also says it’s only 4 episodes instead of 8. It’s not possible either to select individual episodes.~~

Update: My mistake, it’s not 4 episodes, the other 3 are just trailers. So it means only the first episode can be downloaded, not anyone of episode 2-8.

@Wilson.Wang I must report something strange that happened today. For the first time in 4 months, today when I downloaded from Netflix using Coapp 1.0.0.2 the subtitle actually was extracted as srt.

I was very surprised, because for all other titles (both movies and series) I have downloaded last months have always got the subtitle muxed into mp4 even though I have set option “Extract to SRT File”.

The movie I downloaded was https://www.netflix.com/title/81092222
