Things have changed.
Topics no longer get locked by me unless they are marked answered or are over 6 months old.
By then, as 0xFeedBeef said, if the issue resurfaces, it could be a whole different problem or reason it does resurface.
I did look back to the few topics you posted in and I think I only found one locked from at least 6 months ago.
Once you see this, we have no issues with users creating a new topic.
And some users need to see our side; we get tired of incomplete reports of someone saying something doesn’t work, and I almost never see many supplying logs. No screenshots of things not working. I personally stopped answering posts without logs or screenshots or decent explanations of what is not working, as it’s then just guesswork to answer.
Sorry you feel the way you do; the intent is not to chase people away with issues, and I lost track of how long I have been here and got people up and running again. We are limited, as many issues need to be addressed by either Wilson or directly by the developer.
And if you use SF feedback and don’t supply a log, that would explain why they don’t answer back.
