I purchased a package on the 06/07/2026 for the amount of £77.31. I have followed instructions in regards to logging in, this is fine, it then advises me to download to be able to stream however, this is not following through continuously taking me to purchase. I have emailed twice with no response, this is upsetting and frustrating. Can I please have some helpful guidance in order for me to be able to use the streamimg?

in which case use Authorize StreamFab

Open the desired title in SF, and the analysis begins ..

.. then confirm “Download now” – and the download starts.

I have purchased a package and I am still not able to download episodes of my choice for which I paid 4 (this being channel 4).
I log in, go to the streaming page and as soon as I press download on a episode it immediately requests payment again?
I have already paid over £77, why is this happening?

You paid for SF (?) and not for just any content.

If StreamFab has been authorized using your login ..
.. there is no redirect to a “payment page”

Perhaps a screenshot would help clarify things ..
.. a newly created topic certainly won’t.
