Crunchyroll unable to analyze video

I have been able to download the series Quintissential Quintuplets without any problem. However when I try to download the Movie (which is the closing of the story) I get told that Stream Fab cannot analyze the URL and asks me to confirm that I can access and watch the show. Meanwhile the video is playing fully in the background without any problems. Does anyone have something I can try to fix this?

I am not a CR user .. so I don’t know if it’s related - I get:

because my Settings show “All Audiences”

Nevertheless, I have to confirm 14+

And I can’t do that in SF because the “Analyzing” pop-up is in the foreground ..
.. and after cancelling, I get redirected.
Consequently, I had to do it in the Settings or with regular browser ..

If it has nothing to do with that, simply ignore it.

Germania Thank you for the reply. This is not quite what I am getting.

Here is a screen shot of what I see. The screen shot does not show the video playing behind this popup. I can click “ok” and continue watching the video in the StreamFab program.

I can go back into the video again and sometimes I get this message instead. It never resolves. I can watch the entire movie with this message popup. The video ends and and the popup message remains.

No matter which of the two messages I get, the button in the bottom right corner that usually starts the analysis of the URL is missing.

Important or not, while Germanias URL has the ID of G9DUEG4WE, my URL is
https://www.crunchyroll.com/de/watch/G0DUNJZQG/the-quintessential-quintuplets-movie
I don’t think it matters though, Amazon also had multiple IDs/URLs for the same title.

Without Premium, I can’t test the movie itself ..
StreamFab.log might help with troubleshooting, at least ..
.. even if it doesn’t necessarily provide an immediate workaround.

True. Simply didn’t post it since it was cluttered with previous stuff. Did it again to get a clean one.

OK, the error message isn’t really informative ..

If the problem only affects this title (?) ..
.. how about Netflix (it’s the same or not?)

I downloaded one episode of another show today, and OP says they downloaded the series without any issues. So yeah, I guess it’s just this title.

The title is played in the StreamFab browser.
